Here are our terms and conditions for rental
- A non-negotiable refundable security deposit will be charged for all rentals. This is not the same as the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded when item(s) are returned on the specified date and in the same condition.
- Rental is for a period of pick-up in the morning and return in the evening. You can also pick up the night before.
- Late returns and damages will attract extra full daily rate charges. (We will charge this to your deposit).
MODIFICATIONS OR ALTERATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON RENTED ITEMS
- Rental is done on first come first served
- Please note that a full payment will be required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellation before shoot day would attract a 50% discount from your money.
- Same day cancellation attracts no refund
- Clients pay full logistics cost to and fro.
- Please also note that if the items delivered requires moving from upper floors, the client will pay for moving the items
